Trenvano is an app for Shopify merchants who take payment when the courier arrives. It adds a fast, mobile first order form to your product pages, creates the order in Shopify, then writes it into the Google Sheets your team already works from.
2. Shopify records the order
Trenvano creates a real Shopify order from those details, so your inventory, reporting and fulfilment carry on working exactly as they do today.
3. Your sheets fill in
The order is appended to the Google Sheets you have mapped it to. One order can feed several teams at once, and never lands twice in the same sheet.

Why Trenvano asks for access to your Google account
Trenvano only asks for a Google account so that it can write your orders into your own spreadsheets. When you connect an account, Google shows you exactly what you are granting:
- See, edit, create and delete your spreadsheets. Used to add a header row to the sheet you pick and to append one row per order. Trenvano writes to the sheets you choose in the app and to no others.
- See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app. Used to list your spreadsheets in the picker so you can choose one. Trenvano cannot see the rest of your Drive.
- Your email address. Used to label the connected account in the app, so a merchant using more than one Google account can tell them apart and knows which one to reconnect if access lapses.
Trenvano does not read your spreadsheets for any other purpose, does not sell data, and does not use Google account data for advertising. You can disconnect an account inside the app at any time, which revokes the access. The privacy policy sets out how this data is handled, including Trenvano's commitment to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
